if it’s a responsive theme, you can’t… easily. You are not seeing a mobile version exactly, you are seeing the CSS modify the layout based on screen size. You could modify the CSS and remove the blocks that change to the sizes you don’t like, but that would be a lot of work for a backward step.

It would be easier to find a non-responsive theme that looks how you want it to.
