How does buying your domain on WordPress till web designing it fully work? And once designed, do I need to pay him every month?

The cost breakdown should be somewhat like this:
Designing the site(UI).
Converting the design to code.
Domain Registration ($10–$16/Year).
Web Hosting($4–$8/Month) or ($48-$96/Year).
Annual Maintenance Cost.
Points 1, 2 are one-time cost, and the domain, hosting charges may vary depending upon the plan you choose(monthly, 12 months, 24 months).
If you are opting for Annual Maintenance then you have to pay this yearly, monthly, quarterly.
