Item Id – Unique Identifier for each Item
Item Name – Normal using name of the product
Unit Price – Default price of the item
Minimum Stock Count – The amount you should maintain in your stock for a certain item
Description – Item Description

After filling all the required fields you can save a new item very easily. You can find all the basic functions for an Item in this panel.

Customer Registration

You can register your regular customers using this frame. You have to enter the customer’s

-First Name
-Last Name
-Address
-Email Address
-Phone Number

You have the Search, Update, Delete & Report functions for this panel. This information can be useful if you are doing retail business or wholesale business. After Registering the customers of your business you can identify them on any panel in the POS system.

Customer Items

This POS Panel can be very useful if you are selling items at wholesale price. In here you have two settings. First Select the registered customer you want and then select the specific product. After that, you can change its’ pricing for only that customer.

So It is very easy to maintain a unique price for each item for each customer . When you are billing an item, the pos system will automatically load the item price for the selected customer.

Supplier Registration

You can register your regular suppliers using this frame. You have to enter the supplier’s
-First Name
-Last Name
-Address
-Email Address
-Phone Number

You have the Search, Update, Delete & Report functions for this panel. This information can be useful if you are doing retail business or wholesale business. After Registering the suppliers of your business you can identify them on any panel in the POS system.

GRN Handling

This is the panel for issuing GRNs.
1. You can select the registered supplier first.
2. You can select the item id or you can enter the item name.
3. You can enter the Item price for the item. We have kept it as a variable because that price can be changed with the business environment.
4. You can enter the qty.
5. And then After hitting the Enter button, it will load into the table and you can complete the transaction.
6. After that, you will see the GRN Bill and the stock will be updated.

The Table on the right hand is there for the previous bills. It will show the all old GRN Bills for the selected supplier.

Invoice & Billing

This is the panel for issuing Invoices.

1. You can select the registered Customer first.
2. You can select the item id or you can enter the item name.
3. Item price will be automatically loaded. If you have saved a unique price for the specific customer it will be loaded.
4. You can set + or – for the item price for only that invoice item price.
5. You can enter the qty.
6. And then After hitting the Enter button, it will load into the table and you can complete the transaction.
7. After that, you will see the Invoice Bill and the stock will be updated.

The Table on the right hand is there for the previous bills. It will show the all old Invoice Bills for the selected customer.

Credit & Overpaid Handling

This is the most important panel in the POS software, You can clear out pending, outstanding balances for each and every customer by using this panel. Even you can get the balance from the Overpaid Invoices by using this panel.

In there you have to select the customer name first. And the table below that field will show all the invoices generated to that specific customer. After that, if it a credit invoice you can clear that by another overpaid Invoice or by cash.

Unique Prices for Customers

This POS Panel can be very useful if you are selling items in wholesale price. In here you have two settings. First Select the registered customer you want and then select the specific product. After that, you can change its’ pricing for only that customer.

Of course, you have the password changing the option here in this panel, so that you can change your password at any time you want.

Theme Customization

User can change the POS System Colors and themes as he likes by using this panel.

– You can customize the top bar colour
